Yes, all our jewelry pieces are handcrafted with care and precision

How long does it take to receive my order?
Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days. Delivery times depend on your location. Once your item ships and is in the hands of USPS, delivery can take between 2-5 business days, barring any delays during transit and final delivery.

Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Can I return an item?
All orders are final and cannot be returned OR exchanged. However, if you have any issues with your order, please contact us at nayakalacreations@gmail.com

What if my package says it was delivered but I never received it?
We are not responsible for lost packages. Unfortunately it is out of our control, and you will need to contact your local postal service for further information regarding your package. In most cases, it was delivered to a neighbor or marked as delivered early and will arrive a few days later.

Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time. We are working towards possible options for select countries. Please email us at nayakalacreations@gmail.com for orders outside the US.
